Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for 14 days from the date the product was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products that are exempted from this return policy (cannot be returned or exchanged):

  • Gift Cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • Items on sale or promotion (might be subject to a partial refund)

Please contact us by providing proof of purchase and the reason behind your return with relative supporting documents.

After contacting us and we approve the return, please ship the returned items to the following address:

Please do not send your returned items back to the warehouse address on the package.

Additionally, when returning an item to us without any valid reason, the client shall shoulder the below expenses (some exceptions might be applied):

  • Original shipping cost (from our warehouse to your address “applies to all shipping methods including the Standard Free Shiping”) which will be deducted later on from the final refunded amount.
  • Returning shipping costs to our warehouse (from your address to our returning facility).
  • Restocking fees might be applied (not more than 25% of the returned item sale price).


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email with our decision.

If the refund is approved we will refund the amount back to the credit card which was used to purchase the same item. If you require special handling of your refund process please contact us.

Refund Processing Time

We process refunds within 1-3 business days, once processed it might take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your account depending on your bank or credit card company.

Please contact your bank or credit card company to check on your refund status, in case of any inquiry please contact us.

Damaged Products

If your product was received damaged during transit, please contact us and we will give you the option to refund in full or replace the item for free.

Please make sure to send us the evidence (photo or video) of the damaged product in order to process your request correctly.

Damaged items reporting is only allowed within 3 days of receiving your product. If you forgot to report a damaged item past 3 days of delivery please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Exchange Products

Exchange is only limited to damaged or defective items.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our delivery policy

Accidental Orders & Cancelations

If you have made an order by mistake or ordered the wrong variant/item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you based on your case. A cancelation fee of 3% might be applied for accidentally made orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot recall an order once it has been processed and/or dispatched to our couriers.

Customer’s Absence or Wrong Address

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned items by the shipping company due to the customer’s absence or wrong shipping address provided during the checkout. Some exceptions might be applied, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

In case the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary changes to your order.
